Senior Implementation Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to lead high-impact partner integrations with major global banks and businesses. You’ll play a key role in achieving regional growth targets by driving end-to-end delivery of complex projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end payment integrations, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Build strong relationships with partners, solving challenges and delivering exceptional experiences.
- Drive scalable process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and delivery outcomes.
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to both executive and technical audiences.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of project management experience in banking or fintech.
- Expertise in API and SWIFT-based payment integrations and managing complex, multi-phase projects.
- Proven ability to navigate regulatory requirements and manage delivery risks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a track record of working across business and technical contexts.
- Experience with Canadian banking is a plus.
